大灾难促使我们重温四圣谛

              as we normally know it must always have a proportion of disagreeable

              in relatively affluent societies people suffer from anxiety, stress [8pBu}0J5`nz*P
              or a loss of purpose or they feel incapable of dealing with life's ,\#{zB(d(` Ay
              challenges. Moreover, agreeable experiences are limited and transient.
qI0g}0r{;dy;|*n               As human beings we are always vulnerable amid the uncertainties
/a.jRn}S               of life and no manipulation of our outer situation can protect us L3v"_Q+UF
              completely from the possibility of suffering.</font></p>

              self-hatred, jealousy etc. This is because we often want what we

Q `JY~               our lives are ruled by craving we are in a perpetual state of imbalance

s)rko-E ^3RMy               Noble Eightfold Path offers guidelines for the development of one's !`Hv|X#B)p^
              spiritual life. Right Understanding begins with an intellectual

:X7B.|s{-v9t^               realization of the way things are. From Right Understanding, one's K`(y$J;h Sh$|@8E jYm%l
              thinking becomes attuned to truth and hence Right Intention motivates {0R.[#EI xi
              one's actions, speech and thought. From here lifestyle issues are A2tT/{r
              addressed in terms of Right Speech, Right Action and Right Livelihood.

<font size="3">对于很多事情(不是说地震),每个人的感受非常不一样。同样的事情,比如疾病,死亡,感情冲突等等,有的人敏感很多(女性和有一些男性),感觉象心里面扎了一根刺,非常suffering,当然这些人也非常聪明和有艺术气质的。 有的人看得开些,不太当回事,或者有不同的看法和解决之道。</font><span style="font-weight: bold;">Character (性格)不同...<br><br></span><font size="3">学佛学也是没有办法的办法,也很不容易的。世界是复杂的,不可能有什么简单的解决办法。只要人类存在,大多数人的一生都有很多</font><font size="3">suffering。</font><font size="3">suffering 没有什么不好的,可以教会我们很多东西。去追求消除</font><font size="3">suffering本身是正确的吗?<br><br></font>Before you grow up, you get hurt.<br><font size="3"><br><br></font><font size="3"><br></font><font size="3"><strong><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"></font></strong></font>

资源,站在别人肩膀上,才不辜负那些人的劳动,:)学习一门语言不如去学习它传达的道理。当然这只是我当前自己的一点儿想法,对有志去学的朋友

10年了,恍如一梦。当时也是斯里兰卡法师给上的课。这语言有一定难度,我觉得一定量的面对面教学是必要的。<br><br>书现在不在手边,记不清作者了。是巴,英对照。从字母表开始。循序渐进,编写的还可以,应该没有版权,可以复印给大家用。过些时候我会回国,然后再把详情发给你。<br><br>邮件收到,再次感谢您的邀请!以后有事请用邮件联系吧<br> O8qf[k$w&g:O
